Yup! This Florida girl is moving back to her natural habitat! After being in Maryland for hardly a year.
My boyfriend & I knew we wanted to settle down in Florida, it was just a matter of timing (him getting a great job - the reason why we moved to Maryland in the first place). Well... long story short, he got the job he wanted. We didn't expect it to be so soon, but here is it!
While there's a lot of sacrifices to be made owning a photography business, one of the biggest perks is essentially being able to work anywhere. Regardless of the state/country/continent we could possibly go, my camera can come with. It may be a big headache with legalities & paperwork... but point is: it's possible. I'm really thankful that I've been able to uproot my business from Florida to Maryland, and now back to Florida.

Though this is exciting news, I am SO sad to leave the clients/friends that I've made! So I swear if any of your husbands get orders to NAS Jax/Mayport, you better give me a call! <3
& On the topic of past clients, I'm accepting sessions until I officially leave mid-September.
& I'm now accepting bookings in North & Central Florida for sessions starting in October.
Be on the lookout as well for Fall Mini Sessions for October/November.
Moving is so bittersweet. I managed to make some great friends while I was up here, though I have constantly been missing my friends back home.
So many feelings: nervous (packing sucks), anxious... but excited. I'm going home.
